Your personal data is processed by non-automatic means through hand delivery and filling out the relevant form based on the legal reasons stated above. 

 

3. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED:

Your personal data is not transferred by the Clinic. 

 

4. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON:

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law "regulating the rights of the relevant person" to Prof. Dr. İLTER ÖZER in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" to " Neorama Plaza Beştepe Mahallesi, Yaşam Cad. No 13 A / 2 Yenimahalle / Ankara - Türkiye" in writing and via e-mail to "[email protected]" address.
